Exosomes are nano-scale vesicles (about 30–150 nm) secreted by cells, carrying proteins, growth factors and nucleic acids. They are key messengers that coordinate repair and regeneration between cells. Compared with using cells directly, exosomes offer greater safety, stability and control — a frontier technology in regenerative medicine and aesthetics.
